the shooting arrow AGM

long time since i update liao... school has been sick man!... i think the workload now is comparable to SMU liao... with all the clinic work and patients follow up... n all the screwed up reports i have to research on... n now i m elected as the president of singapore students association of my uni...

todae i was invited to the AGM of the Queensland Chinese Forum as my club got 1 vote to elect the new president... the person who drove me there said there will be a treat of intense battle of wits and political tension in the boardroom later... n HOW FUCKING RIGHT IS HE MAN!..

the huge boardroom is filled with ah peks and aunties.. the onli young ones are me n the UQ president ...it's super professional... everyone sits on the kind of chairman chair n there is a kopi-boy there to serve us drinks n photocopy stuff... then there is a guy who came out to speak abt the amendment of the constitution that kind of stuff, TOTALLY NOT TAT KIND of election or AGM i have seen in QUT or SMU... n freaking sibe political...

Everyone there smile at each other but behind the back, everyone is stabbing everyone , trying to outguess n outwit everyone...every word they spoke seems like a bloody arrow... seriously i feel like a small prawn in a pool of lobsters !!...the aura there is sibe imposing... all of them are rich biz ppl driving mercedes n bmws and i m such an idiot who thinks this forum is like for fun one... i just wear a jumper n jeans n EVERYONE wears suit n tie... even the kopi-boy wears a long-sleeve shirt with a vest...honestly speaking, it was a damn fucking eye-opener

every motion they said had to be seconded by someone n every association gets to 1 vote.. damn professional... n everyone is in cliques (except me of course)... the guy who i voted to tells me that deals are made underneath the table to make sure he gets the votes needed... but in the end somehow everyone turned against him!!... OMG... HOW MUCH BACKSTABBING IS THERE>?!!!.... this is wat u call the REAL WORLD POLITICS!!... u neva know who's ur foes and friends n fucking thank god i m onli a small prawn... the guy wanted me to be the assistant secretary someone if he got elected... nei nei... wanna sabo me... put in the firing line...

it has been a huge eye-opener man... i think i learn more abt politics , backstabbing and kill with a smile tactics in that AGM that i have EVER seen in my life
